The people who make each Mixer happen

Nobody pays to attend a Mixer. That works because a community opens its doors, businesses back the evening with a paid sponsorship, and members turn up with a raffle prize or a tray of food. Three different ways to help, and this page is our thank you to all of them.

Host Communities

The communities that open their doors

A Host Community provides the venue, the food, the drinks and the welcome for an evening. Senior care professionals and referral partners get to see the community for themselves, and the host fills the room with the people who send families their way.

Hosts are thanked on the event page, at the event, and in the recap and media archive afterwards. Hosting is separate from buying a sponsorship.

Community contributors

The ones who brought something

A raffle prize, the wine, a charcuterie board, photography, an hour of design work or a pair of hands on the night. Small things that make the room feel looked after. Everyone who gives is thanked at the event and here by name. A contribution does not come with sponsor benefits unless we agree that separately in writing.

Three ways to support The Mixer

Host it

Welcome The Mixer into your community with the venue and the hospitality. A room full of referral partners walks through your building.

Host a Mixer

Sponsor it

A Community Spotlight or Presenting sponsorship: visibility, a moderated introduction and content you can reuse. Two paid sponsors a Mixer at most.

Contribute

Bring a raffle prize, food, wine, a creative service or your time. You are thanked from the front of the room and on this page.

Offer something

Sponsorship gives visibility, participation and content opportunities. It does not guarantee attendance, leads, referrals, introductions, appointments or sales, and it is not an endorsement or a formal vetting of the sponsor. All sponsor materials, links, displays, interviews, photos and recordings need approval from The Mixer and the Host Community. Early access pricing is introductory and may change as the program grows.
